With over 15 years in the industry, I specialize in video editing that tells compelling stories.

I’m a seasoned video professional whose path has taken me from fast-paced newsroom environments to creative roles. My work includes commercial projects and award-winning documentaries, showcasing my expertise in crafting powerful visuals.
The NAACP is an advocate for citizens from all walks of life to get out and vote. YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE was the first of six videos for the campaign to encourage Millennials to vote in 2022.

Tension Head, a powerhouse metal band from Saginaw, Michigan, delivers raw, in-your-face energy that leaves fans wanting more. I captured this band over rehearsals and performances and completed this project for their EPK. Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Panasonic DVX100.
WINNER: Jury Prize Best Documentary, Riverside Saginaw Film Festival 2010
Galaxy Comics approached me with footage they captured for the commercial spot “Zombies Like Comics”. They enjoyed the results. Lucky me, this aired October 16th, during the 2nd season premiere of AMC series The Walking Dead, airing on Charter Spectrum’s Tri-Cities viewership throughout the shows second and third seasons.
The Riverside Saginaw Film Festival needed a fun promo for the fest. I was approached by film director Kelly Coffey to A.D. and edit. We shot and edited the spot over a weekend and it is still in use.
Having personally worked election polls, I am one of many poll workers who have observed that some voters really have no idea how to mark the ballot so that their vote will be read correctly to be counted. In Ad five, we show voters what not to do, then tell them how to mark the ballot correctly, without making any assertion as to who to vote for, as the NAACP is non-partisan. Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects.
As a senior technical director, one of my duties was to create graphics for the 5pm, 6pm and 11pm newscasts. These graphics were made with Adobe Photoshop, while I was employed at WILX-TV10 in Lansing, Michigan. I created both “full screen” and OTS (over the shoulder) graphics.
